But hey, my room wasn't refreshed till I had to poke for it twice—at 1:30 pm! For over $1000 a night, I expect that five-star polish, ya know? No hard feelings though; Boston's charm still shines through.

We had an amazing time with friends! Exploring the city was a blast—batting practice in an MLB cage and soaking up local art and music. The kids concierge made everything easy for our group. Can't complain about the fun we had!

The only downside was the slow room service one night; it took way longer than expected.

However, I would appreciate if room cleaning could be done at more flexible times to accommodate our schedule better.

The location is unbeatable! Quick access to everything in the Back Bay. The room was beautiful but housekeeping was slow; I had to remind them twice for cleaning. Overall, a lovely stay! 🌟

i was truly blown away by the incredible service, especially how the staff anticipated my needs. the gym was fully stocked, and the design of my room with a tv in the bathroom was a delightful surprise.

It was just a good match for a weekend rest in Boston with excellent value for money. The food was good, but I like my bacon hot. Make sure to check your minibar charges before leaving.

The kiddos loved the indoor pool and I appreciated the relaxing vibe at the spa. We had a great time with massages and a body scrub after some long days exploring the city. The only hiccup was waiting a bit for extra towels, but it didn't dampen our stay! 😊
